Sam Smiths – Soho

External refurbishment to properties owned by Samuel Smiths Ltd, Brewer Street, Soho, Central London.

The contract consists of erecting scaffold to complete buildings, external repairs to joinery, rain water goods and external decoration. Signage was put in place to match individual Company logos to ensure businesses were still trading.
