Sam Smiths – New Oxford Street

External refurbishment to properties owned by Samuel Smiths Ltd at New Oxford Street / Shaftsbury Avenue Central London.

The contract consists of erecting scaffold to complete building, external repairs to joinery, rain water goods and external decoration. Signage was put in place to match individual Company logos to ensure businesses were still trading.
